I have been OBSESSED with overnight oats lately! Over the past year I’ve been working on trying to eat better. So I’ve been trying to mix it up in the breakfast department. Funny thing is I’ve never been a big fan of oatmeal. But I’ve learned that once you figure out how to make something taste it’s really not that bad and it might turn into one of your favorites.

Overnight oats are super easy to make and really easy to take with you on the go. I usually make them in mason jars but since the hubby had to go into the office today I made his in a Tupperware so we didn’t risk the jar breaking. Glad to say he’s also become a big fan.

Below I’ve added my recipe and directions. Unfortunately I don’t have a calorie count. I use the 21 Day Fix containers so that’s how I do my measurements and tracking.

Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats
1 Serving
Ingredients
- Peaches 1 cup
- Almond Milk 3/4 cup
- Honey – just a squirt
- Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
- Old Fashioned Oats 1/2 cup
- Walnuts (optional) 2 Tbsp
In a mason jar or bowl add the oats, milk, vanilla extract and just a squirt of honey. Mix until well blended. Add peaches and then walnuts. Seal jar and place in refrigerator over night. That’s it.
In the morning I pour the contents of the jar into a bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 min. You can also eat this cold if you would like.
Let me know if you try this and what you thing. Also if you have some overnight oat recipes that you LOVE please share, I would love to try them.
